Parallel Blue Global Group was proud to deliver a dynamic two-day corporate conference at the Crowne Plaza Marlow — an event designed to unite global teams through shared learning, creativity and meaningful experiences. Delegates travelled from across the world to attend, with the core aim of bringing everyone together and strengthening a sense of unity and collaboration across the business.

A highlight of day one was the keynote by Harrie Ellaway of Fieri Leadership & Development, whose inspiring talk on resilience, teamwork and mindset struck a powerful chord with attendees. His now-legendary ‘tablecloth trick’ added a perfect mix of humour and surprise — leaving delegates both entertained and energised. Throughout the day, delegates took part in a series of engaging team-building activities, including collaborative challenges with giant LEGO blocks and the ever-popular spaghetti tower competition — each designed to encourage creativity, communication and problem-solving in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

In the evening, attendees gathered for a gala dinner, which included a lively music quiz that sparked plenty of laughter and healthy competition. The conference concluded the following day with a celebratory awards ceremony, recognising standout achievements and contributions from across the organisation.
