Here at Parallel Blue, we have extensive experience when it comes to delivering exhibitions and trade fairs.
In April of 2023, our technology client exhibited a 200 square metre stand at the Hannover Messe Trade Show, an international platform for industrial transformations and one of the largest trade fairs in the world.
Crafting Immersive Customer Experiences: Unveiling Our Debut Exhibition Stand at Messe
Having delivered international conferences for this client for many years, we were delighted when they commissioned our exhibition event management services for the first time for the design, plan, and build of this stand. Our exhibition management division worked closely with their team, getting to know the company’s products, their audience, and their business objectives in even greater depth. This was essential to developing a design brief that portrayed the customer experience and story that they wanted to create at the Messe.
Seamless Synergy: Crafting Sustainable Excellence and Immersive Experiences
Working with our long-term exhibition stand builders who support us in design, construction, transport, install, maintenance and storage, we tailormade a bespoke stand for our client. The stand incorporated the company’s latest hardware and software, showcasing their world-renowned technology. Sustainability and reusability were at the heart of the build because we are always thinking about our impact on the environment and what comes next.
Parallel Blue is a full event management agency, so alongside the stand design, build and AV production, we also organised accommodation, transfers, offsite VIP events, stand events and a high-quality dining experience for the media team and their clients.
The event was a tremendous success, and we will be supporting our client in exhibiting at the Hannover Messe Trade Show again in 2024.
