This February, Parallel Blue Global proudly marks 35 years of delivering exceptional global corporate event management. Over the past three and a half decades, we’ve grown alongside our clients adapting to new industries, new technologies and new ways of bringing people together across the world.
From delivering events in over 30 countries to collaborating with invaluable supplier partners in over 100 countries, our journey has been truly global. None of this would be possible without the trust and support of our clients, both longstanding partners and those who have joined us more recently. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our clients around the world for being part of our story.

Parallel Blue was founded in 1991 after its founder, John Denton, exited a previous business in electronic manufacturing and began considering his next chapter. One key insight stayed with him: entertaining clients in his former industry was challenging, opportunities were limited and what was available often felt expensive and uninspired. Recognising this gap sparked the idea to build a company focused on creative, accessible hospitality and event experiences. The name Parallel Blue reflects that philosophy: working in parallel with clients to achieve their objectives, with blue symbolising communication and the ability to help brands connect and deliver their message. From modest beginnings organising conferences, roadshows, incentive travel, filming projects and large-scale sailing events, the company has grown into the global events agency it is today.

While events remain at our core, our services have evolved significantly over the years. Today, Parallel Blue Global offers a broad suite of solutions including venue-finding, hospitality programmes, incentives and strategic event support – enabling our clients to benefit from joined-up planning, economies of scale, a ‘one-stop event shop’ and of course, value for money. Many of our clients now work with us through long-standing agreements and multi-year partnerships, helping them achieve consistency, efficiency and meaningful cost savings.
