”Gemba Advantage is a remote by default company, with our employees working across the UK, so there are many people we have only ever seen on a screen! We have been trying to meet as a company since we launched in 2020, but events were cancelled due to covid.
Parallel Blue helped us organise our big company event and even negotiated on our behalf to get the date moved when we cancelled it due to covid. Ross advised on a heap of things we wouldn’t have even thought of due his depth of events experience. The day was packed full of fun from Archery to VR experiences, and it ran very smoothly! It was amazing to finally meet everyone face to face and we can’t wait to do it all again this Summer.”
