George Brooks
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
George has over 25 years of experience within the creative events industry, supporting a variety of industry leading businesses and elite sports teams to communicate more effectively within the live environment.
Georges passion for the live experience culminated in him spending 8 years creating and delivering fully immersive, theatrical adventures for private HNW/UHNW clients, in multiple locations around the world.
Back closer to home, George enjoys keeping active in the great outdoors. He also loves being in the mountains, especially the Dolomites.
Tamsin Grainger
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Tamsin is an Event Executive at Parallel Blue and has been with the organisation for a year and a half, having transitioned from the charity events sector. She currently represents Parallel Blue on the Micebook 19 Shadow Board and is an active member of the Parallel Blue EDI Working Group, where she is passionate about fostering inclusive practice and supporting positive change across the events industry. Outside of her work, Tamsin is currently training as an Assistant Clerk of the Course with Motorsport UK and is a registered Grade 1 Speed Marshal, and you will often find her spending her weekends volunteering at a racetrack. When she isn’t working or trackside, she enjoys wakeboarding, spending time with her dog Scooby, or savouring a glass of wine.
Ross Millward
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ross has been part of the events world for over 20 years now, having built up formidable knowledge of venues and industry contacts.
Ross is a real people person – he enjoys meeting with new clients, attending networking events and speaking on industry panels.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys travelling (Italy and Ibiza are his current favourites), hitting the gym and attempting to retain his title of ‘World’s Top Movie Buff’
Paul Martin
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul has worked in the events industry for nearly 25 years; 10 of those running events for a large corporate organisation and 14 on the agency side. Paul has delivered many successful events all over the UK and the world for a wide range of clients and has been Managing Director of Parallel Blue since 2017. Outside work, Paul likes nothing better than getting out on the golf course and trying to not get frustrated bashing around the little white ball!
Mark Harsant
GLOBAL EVENTS AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With over 20 years’ experience in the events industry, Mark brings extensive expertise and leadership to his role as Global Events and Operations Director at Parallel Blue Global, where he has been a key member of the team for 14 years. He has overseen the planning and delivery of high-profile, large-scale global events across conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and incentive travel programmes.
Before joining Parallel Blue Global, Mark owned and operated a nightclub and also worked in local government, where he coordinated Local, Parliamentary, and European elections.
Outside work, Mark enjoys travelling, staying active at the gym, and is a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Francesca Bishop
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Francesca has worked in a variety of event management roles delivering events ranging from sporting events, food festivals, retail experiences and high-profile celebrations.
Most of her previous experience has been providing large-scale activations on green field sites but she is excited to join the team at Parallel Blue and take on new challenges focusing on a more corporate environment.
Outside of work, Francesca will most likely be found at home with her menagerie of animals!
Myles Marklove
BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Myles began his career at Parallel Blue shortly after graduating from college in 2023, at the age of 18. Since joining the industry, he has actively participated in a variety of events, continually enhancing his knowledge of venues and business operations. Myles has quickly gained valuable experience and insight, contributing to his growth and development in the events field. Outside of work Myles spends much of his time training in the gym, while being a fan of rugby and football having played in his local leagues.
Saffy
WELLBEING WOOFFICER
At just one year old, Saffy is bursting with energy and takes her role in team wellbeing very seriously, especially when toys, treats, or attention are involved. She’s a constant presence in the office, zooming from desk to desk, offering tail wags and spontaneous cuddle breaks that boost morale more than any staff survey ever could.
Saffy has a unique way of connecting with every member of the team, whether it’s by joining meetings uninvited, offering a paw during tight deadlines, or simply curling up nearby as quiet company. Her daily rounds are now a familiar and welcome ritual, and she’s become a much-loved part of our workplace culture. Above all, she firmly believes that any stressful situation can be improved with a cuddle (and she’s usually right).
Eleanor Tipper
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Before joining Parallel Blue, Ellie studied event management at university, completing a sandwich year in the hospitality industry before working for a law firm, where she managed and delivered corporate events such as webinars, private receptions, and annual conferences.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exploring new destinations through travel, and going on weekend walks to enjoy the outdoors.
Emma Sutton
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
After obtaining a degree in Hotel Management from EDGE Hotel School, Emma has built a career spanning over 12 years in boutique hotels across the Cotswolds, managing operational teams along with planning luxury events & weddings. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveller (with a Kenyan safari at the top of the list), enjoys dinner and cocktails with friends, and a dedicated gym-goer with fellow PB team members.
